Something about January and February reading plans. Every year. Just keep saying "yes" to this and "yes" to that. And then find myself grumpy that I have little time to just read, well, whatever. A little better this year as my commitment to Woolf in Winter has been a gift, and the other things quick and easy and pleasurable. There is more group reading in the future (more on that later), but for now, the recent introduction of new shelving in the house has given me the opportunity to reorganize and put some author groupings together. Small piles of certain writers that I want to read straight through. Get lost in individual voices. First up? Paul Auster. What's in my pile? Take a look.
One is a re-read, the others all new to me. Where would you start? Have a favorite? Also, keep seeing this about because of new introduction. Thoughts?
So March and beyond is Auster time. In no particular order. On no schedule. A loosely defined plan. My favorite.
