With all this snow and all this time at home the past five days, I have been reading away. But maybe I should get back to the sharing part here too. So while I get my head back in the game, away from shoveling and constant meal preparation and clean-up, I thought I might share these beauties I discovered via Caustic Cover Critic. Penguin is partnering with the (RED) organization to raise money for AIDS relief with this new series pictured here. As you can see in these images, Penguin black title background has been replaced with the organization's signature red, and each cover features a quote from the novel rather than an image. Gorgeous! And more to come in this series too. Do you have a favorite? Are you typically willing to buy a copy of a book you already own (with new cover design) to benefit a good cause? Do you typically buy multiple copies of a title just for great cover design?
